多层面螺旋CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤术后评估中的初步应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的 初步评估多层面螺旋 CT血管造影 ( m ulti- slice helical CT angiography,MSCTA)在颅内动脉瘤术后复查中的临床应用价值。方法 对 12例临床确诊颅内动脉瘤接受手术治疗病例应用 Aquilion多层面螺旋 CT于术后行 MSCTA检查 ,图像后处理方法包括多层面重建、遮盖容积重建以及外视镜式血管表面重建。结果 对于使用钛制动脉瘤夹病例 ,MSCTA可以清楚显示动脉瘤体消失 ,载瘤动脉与动脉瘤夹之间关系。但对于使用普通合金动脉瘤夹以及 GDC弹簧圈栓塞病例 MSCTA术后重建伪影大 ,难以对动脉瘤体是否消失和载瘤动脉情况作出评价。结论 可以将 MSCTA作为使用钛制动脉瘤夹病例的术后随访工具。 Objective To investigate the usefulness of MSCTA as the postoperative examination for intracranial aneurysms. Methods 12 patients with treated intracranial aneurysms were studied with postoperative MSCTA using Aquilion MSCT, and we used MPR, SVR and Fly-around techniques to reconstruct 2D or 3D images. Results For the cases using titanium clips, MSCTA could clearly reveal the occlusion of the aneurysm and the relationship between the parent vessel and aneurysm clips. But for the cases using other alloy clips and GDC coils, the artifacts made the evaluation of the occlusion of the dome and neck of the aneurysm impossible to detect in MSCTA. Conclusion MSCTA can be used as a postoperative follow-up tool for the aneurysms clipped by titanium clips.
