摘要
本文应用锇酸—二甲基亚砜—锇酸(ODO)法,对6侧人小腿部脾经与胃经低阻线区的表皮进行了扫描电镜观察,发现基底细胞表面平滑;棘细胞表面有密集的微褶,胞质内张力丝束交织成网,与胞核关系密切;角化细胞表面可见稀疏的平行微褶,角化层表面可见多种类型的孔状结构。依观察所见结合文献进行了分析。
Scanning electron microscopic observation on the epidermis of the skin on the low impedence lines of 6 human legs was performed by ODO method.Basal cells were shown with smooth surface, while the surface of the prickle cells possessed concentrated microfolds, and in its cytoplasm the relation of tonofilamentous bundles with the nuclear lamina and nuclear matrix was demonstrated. A few flattened microfolds on the surface of the horny cells were revealed. Many types of the pore were found on the surface of the horny layer. The results were briefly discussed.
