摘要
乳腺湿疹样癌(Paget病)是一种较少见的特殊类型的乳腺癌,本文报道19例,皆为女性,占我院同期乳腺癌的0.97％。病变首先开始于乳腺导管,向浅表侵犯乳头,乳晕,向深部侵入乳腺组织。本病以手术治疗为主,单纯乳头病变者预后好,乳腺内有肿块者预后较差,淋巴结有转移者预后更差。
Eczematoid carcinoma of the breast is a rare and special type of breast cancer. This article reported 19 cases of such disease. All the patients were female and constituted a ratio of 0.97 percent of breast carcinoma in this hospital during the same period. At first, lesions developed in ducts and then involved skin of nipple and areola and deeply mammary tissue. Surgical treatment was the choice for the disease. Lesions localized in nipple had a better prognosis. Worse prognosis was seen in the cases having masses within the mammary gland. Prognosis in patients with metastasis in lymph nodes was the worst.
