中国公共行政监督机制现状分析与对策思考

Present Analysis and Countermeasures about Public Administrative Supervision Mechanism of China

改革开放以来 ,随着中国社会主义民主与法制建设的不断发展 ,已形成具有中国特色的多元化公共行政监督体系 ,并在诸多方面发挥了重要作用。但公共行政监督机制还不完善 ,存在着一些薄弱环节 ,影响了公共行政监督的力度和效果。本文对此作了较为全面的分析 ,并就当前如何完善中国公共行政监督机制 。

With the development of Chinese socialism democracy and law construction , now there is a characteristic and plural public administration supervision system in China in order to achieve the regulation of governmental management and strengthen the construction of clean ,diligent, pragmatic and efficient government., and the system now is playing an essential role in many areas .But there are several weak links in the these system so as to affect the abilities and results of public administrative supervision .The article analyze comprehensively these issues mentioned above ,and give some countermeasures and assumptions which how to perfect the public administrative supervision mechanism.
