摘要
以6种不同手术方法治疗习惯性髌骨脱位29例,36个膝关节。本文报告其中17例病人,20个膝关节治疗的随访结果表明。小年龄患几复位后膝关节如同正常,大年龄者症状减轻,复发者症状加重,髌骨切除者关节稳定。本文着重分析了失败病例的病因和提高疗效的措施。
This article reported the follow-up results of six different methods for treating recurrent dislocation of the patella in 17 patients. It showed that the knee joint operated in the young children became normal, and improved in the old children after the reduction of the patella. The causes of the failed cases and the management to improve the operative results were discussed in detail.
