摘要
根据中板轧机的设备特点、轧制产品的工艺状况 ,开发了一个能适应轧件宽度变化范围较大的 2 30 0四辊轧机支撑辊辊型的计算机仿真程序 ,并研制了一种新的 2 30 0四辊轧机支撑辊辊型曲线 ,以提高该轧机的板形控制能力。研制新的支撑辊辊型曲线经过一年的工业化生产 ,取得明显的实效 ,钢板的横向同板差下降幅度达 60 %~ 75 % ;同时钢板的板形明显改善 ,薄板的边浪现象基本消除 ;另外轧制压力下降幅度达 5 %~ 7.5 % ,辊间压力分布变化趋缓、轧辊磨损减少。
A computer simulation program was developed for the shapes of back-up rolls which can adapt to width variation of plates working in 2300 four-high plate mill,according to the characteristics of the equipment and the technical conditions of the production.Furthermore,a new back-up roll curve was developed to improve the ability to control plate shapes.The rolls with such curves have been used in production for one year and proved that it had practical results obviously.The transverse thickness error was reduced by 60%~75%;plate shape was obviously improved;thinner plate basically removed its edge waves; rolling force was reduced by 5~7.5%;the force distribution between rolls changed to be smooth and reduced roll wear,prolonged roll life.
