维生素D_3和小剂量三尖杉酯碱治疗急性白血病疗效观察(附22例分析)

VITAMINE D3 AND LOW-DOSE HARRINGTONINE IN ACUTE LEUKEMIA (ANALYSIS OF 22 CASES)

应用维生素D3—LDH治疗急性白血病22例,CR12例(54.5％);对照组15例(单用LDH),CR 4例(26.6％)。两组CR比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。

Twenty-two cases of acute leukemia(14 ANLL and 8 ALL) were treated with vitamine D_3 (30μg/day for 30 days)and low-dose harringtonine (1 mg/day for 28 days) ( D_3-LDH), 12 cases (8 ANLL and 4 ALL) obtained complete remission(CR), the CR rate was 54.5%. 15 cases of acute leukemia (7 ANLL and 8 ALL) were treated with single low-dose harringtonine (LDH), 4 achieved CR(26.7%). CR rate between these two groups was of significant difference (P<0.01).
