摘要
目的 对微量元素硒的荧光测定方法进行进一步研究。方法 主要在生物样品的前处理技术等方面对传统方法进行新的改进。结果 本测定方法的最低检出限为 0 .2 3ng,变异系数 (CV % )为 1 .6 %~ 4 .8% ,平均回收率为 99.5 %。结论 该方法具有取样量少 ,操作简便 。
Objective To investigate fluorometric determination methods of trace elements selenium.Methods The traditional method of preconditioning technology of the biological samples was to be improved.Results This determination methods was better with the lowest detectable rate (0.23?ng), the coefficient of variation being(CV%) 1.6~4.8%, and the average recovery rate 99.5%.Conclusion The advantages of this method include less samples, easy management and better reappearance.
