摘要 目的 研究骨髓间充质干细胞在体外诱导分化为心肌细胞的可行性。方法 由新西兰大白兔胸骨获取骨髓间充质干细胞 ,培养传代后用 5 -氮杂胞苷诱导 2 4h ,免疫组化检测诱导后细胞的变化。结果  5 -氮杂胞苷诱导后的细胞经免疫组化检测可见细胞被抗肌红蛋白抗体着染显色。结论 骨髓间充质干细胞可在体外经 5 -氮杂胞苷诱导后转化为肌原性细胞。 Objective To study the feasibility of marrow mesenchymal stem cells been induced to differentiate into myogenic cells in vitro. Methods Marrow mesenchymal stem cells were acquired from New Zealand rabbit's sternum and cultured, and the descended cells were exposed to 5-azacytidine for 24 hours, and the changes of the cells were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results These cells were stained with anti-myoglobin antibody after being exposed to 5-azacytidine by immunohistochemical method.Conclusion Marrow mesenchymal stem cells could be differentiated into myogenic cells in vitro after 5-azacytidine treatment.
