目的 研究鱼腥草注射液的细菌内毒素检查方法。 方法 选择一定灵敏度的鲎试剂 ,在最大有效稀释范围内 ,考察在不同稀释度下该制剂的干扰作用。 结果 对样品进行 1∶6稀释 ,用 0 5EU·ml- 1 鲎试剂无干扰。

OBJECTIVE To study Bacterial Endotoxin test(BET)for Herba Houttuyniae Injection.METHODS The interference actions of the different dilutabilities of injection at the greatest effective diluent range were observed with some sensitivity of TAL.RESULTS The test wasn't interfered when the concentration of TAL was 0.5EU·ml -1 and sample was diluted in a ratio of 1 to 6.CONCLUSION The BET may replace the rabbit pyrogen test.
