微探头内镜超声堵水法的应用 被引量:2

摘要 上世纪90年代初,出现了一种可以通过活检孔插入腔内进行局部扫描的微探头超声(Miniprobe Sonography,MPS),可随胃镜通过食管狭窄段、随十二指肠镜进入胆管和胰管、随肠镜进入肠腔[1].探头直径为2.5~2.6 mm,频率为12~20 MHz,进行内镜介入超声断层扫描,应用方便,患者耐受性好.但在实际应用中,普遍存在食管难以保留脱气水的问题,直接影响超声图像质量和临床应用.我们经过反复实践,将堵水法应用于食管病变的微探头内镜超声检查,获得满意效果.
