Doing well Preoperative Preparation to Prevent Medical Dissensions after Orthopaedics Emergency Treatment

分析骨科急诊手术后发生医疗纠纷的各种主客观原因 ,如术前准备不完善、沟通不当及急诊手术本身的特点。提出了减少产生医疗纠纷的方法 :术前应尽可能明确诊断 ,避免漏、误诊 ;制定和完善严格的术前谈话和签字制度 ;强化医务人员职业道德教育和自我保护意识。

This paper analyzes all kinds of subjective and objective reasons that cause the medical dissensions after orthopaedics emergency treatment, which are imperfect preoperative preparation, lacking communication and the characteristics of emergency treatment itself. The methods to resolve the problems are as follows: (1) making clear diagnosis to prevent preoperative missing diagnosis and misdiagnosis; (2) formulating and perfecting strict preoperative communication and signature system; and (3) reinforcing professional moral education to health worker and their self-protective cognition.
