小儿坏死性淋巴结炎的临床和病理分析

Clinical And Pathological Analysis of Children Necrotizing Lymphadenitis

目的 分析坏死性淋巴结炎的临床表现和病理特征。方法 选取 1996年～ 1999年我院收治的 9例坏死性淋巴结炎患儿 ,观察临床表现 ,进行淋巴结穿刺和淋巴结活检。结果 临床主要表现为发热、颈部淋巴结肿大及外周白细胞减少 ;病理特征为淋巴结广泛凝固性坏死及组织细胞增生。

Objective To investigate the clinical pathologic features of necrotizing lymphadenitis.Methods 9 children with necrotizing lymphadenitis were analyzed clinical manifestations.9 cases were biopsy and fine-needle aspiration of lymph node.Results Its chief clinical manifestation are enlargement of lymph node in neck,fever and leukopenia.Histologic features of the lymph nodes were charactrized by wide coagulation necrosis and histiocytic hyperplastia.Conclusions Biopsy of lymph nodes in an important diagnostic mean.
