18例中毒型细菌性痢疾的救治体会

Clinical Analysis of Toxic Bacterium Dysentery 18 Cases

目的 报告 18例中毒型细菌性痢疾 ,并分析临床资料 ,归纳临床表现及实验室检查 ,制订治疗方案。方法 对患儿采用降温止惊 ,防止脑水肿和呼吸衰竭 ,防止循环衰竭 ,选择有效的抗生素 ,必要时应用糖皮持激素等综合治疗。结果 18例中毒型细菌性痢疾全部治愈 ,未遗留任何后遗症。结论 从病因、病机、临床分型、临床诊断及治疗几个方面阐述 ,以便准确诊断及治疗病人 。

Objective Through clinical analysis of 18 cases with toxic bacterium dysentery in children,I summarized the clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations and proposed therapeutic protocol.Method Hypothermia and control the patients convulsions,avoid hydrocephalus and breath exhaustion,avoid blood circulation exhaustion and choose effective autibiotics.If necessary,use glucocorticoid et comprehensive therapy.Result 18 patients with toxic bacterium dysentery were all cured.Leaving no sequela.Conclusion To diagaosis and cure the patients correctly and increase the successful rate of the rescues,give explanations from several aspetcs,such as pathogency,clinical type diagnosis and treatment.
