非扩髓型内锁髓内针在肱骨干骨折中的临床应用

Clinical application and experience of the treatment of humeral shaft fracture with unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail

目的 :总结非扩髓型带锁髓内针在肱骨干骨折中的临床应用和体会 ,以提高肱骨干骨折的治疗水平。方法:我科于 2 0 0 0年 5月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月采用非扩髓型肱骨内锁髓内针治疗肱骨干骨折共 12例 ,手术均采用从大结节向远端顺行穿针法 ,对全部患者进行了术后平均 5个月的随访。结果:骨折全部愈合 ,除 1例患者肩关节活动稍差外 ,余肩肘关节活动均达优良。 结论 :非扩髓型内锁髓内针在肱骨骨折 ,尤其在多发骨折。

Objective: To summarize the clinical application and experience for the treatment of humeral shaft fracture with unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail and to improve therapeutical level. Methods: From May 2000 to December 2001, 12 cases with humeral shaft fracture were treated with unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail. Antegrade nailing has been adopted. Location for entry hole is posterior to the greater tuberosity. Results: With an average of 5 months follow up, all cases had bone union and good function of shoulder and elbow except one case. Conclusion: Unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail is more effective in the treatment of humerus fractures, especially in patients with multisegmental and comminuted fractures, and nonunion of the humerus.
