摘要
以可调式线性油压减振器为研究对象 ,建立了其额定典型工作点阻尼力受油温影响的数学模型。借助这一模型 ,在综合考虑油液特性、密封件耐温特性以及油压减振器阻尼性能能否满足车辆运行要求的前提下 ,求得减振器的许用油温 ,进而进行减振器散热参数的设计计算。试验结果表明 ,提出的分析模型和设计方法正确 ,可用。
Mathematic model for the damping force at rated typical work velocity vs oil temperature of an adjustable linear oil damper is established in this paper. An allowable oil temperature is obtained by use of this model when considering flash point of the oil, temperature dependency of the seals and the damping characteristics which are eligible to the vehicle dynamics or not. Heat dispersion parameters of the damper are properly designed by means of the allowable temperature value at last. Experimental results show that the mathematic model and design method introduced in this paper are correct and efficient in the engineering.
