摘要
从合成氨机理、结构化学、结晶学原理入手 ,科学地选择和加工稀土尾矿 (提取贵重稀土后的残余 )、加入氧化镁、调整其它助剂 ,并优化了现有熔铁系氨合成催化剂的配方及制备工艺。通过大量配方筛选、性能测定、结构剖析 ,研制成功了具有低温高活性、优良的耐热性和抗毒性的无钴高活性FA4 0 1型氨合成催化剂。其性能达到国内同类产品的先进水平 ,有关专家进行了技术鉴定 ,并给予了高度评价。
Starting from ammonia synthesis mechanism, structural chemistry and crystallization principle, the writers have selected and processed scientifically rare earth tailings (residues from extraction of precious rare earths), added magnesia, adjusted other aids, and optimized the present formula and preparation technology for the fused iron based ammonia synthesis catalyst. Through a large number of formula screenings, performance testings and structural analyses, they have successfully developed the cobalt free high activity Type FA401 ammonia synthesis catalyst, which has a high activity at low temperatures, excellent heat resistance and good resistance to poisoning. Its performance attains the advanced level of similar domestic products. Relevant experts have carried out its technical appraisal and set a high value on it.
