摘要
目的 :建立银杏叶口服液中总黄酮含量的测定方法 ,为制剂质量控制提供依据。方法 :HPL C法 ,流动相 :0 .4 %磷酸 :甲醇 (1∶ 1) ,检测波长 3 70 nm。用皮素为对照品外标法定量。结果 :总黄酮含量在 0 .12~ 0 .60μg/ ml范围内线性关系 r=0 .9998,平均加样回收率为 10 0 .0 %。结论 :本法快速、准确、重现性好。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids in GinKgo oral solution so as to control the quality and to provide scientific basis for something in the preparation.Methods:The HPLC conditions were developed by Diamonsil C 18 column using phosphoric acid solution MeOH(1∶1),and the detective wavelength was 370nm with Quercetin as external standard.Results:The calibration curve of flavonoids was linear at range of 0 12~0 60μg/ml ( r =0 9998).The average recovery was 100 0%.Conclusion:The method is rapid,accurate and reproducible.
