An elementary discussion of knowledge management and culture construction in college

本文讨论了高校知识管理与知识管理文化的概念 ,指出“学习与研究”是知识管理文化的核心概念 ,认为 2 1世纪最成功的高校将是具有学习型研究型文化的“学习型组织” ,阐述了高校知识管理系统的构建方法和途径。

After a discussion of the two concepts of college knowledge management and knowledge management culture, the present author points out that learning and research is the core of knowledge management culture and that thus, the most successful college in the 21st century is the learning-type organization with learning-research culture. The article also illustrates the approach to the establishment of knowledge management system in college.
