摘要
目的 :探讨鬼臼毒素凝胶剂的制备及其质量控制的方法。方法 :用一阶导数紫外分光光度法对其进行含量测定。结果 :所选处方的鬼臼毒素在 42 .12~ 112 .3 2 μg·mL 1 范围内浓度与一阶导数光谱 2 49nm波长处的振幅成线性关系 ,C =5 48.8114D -2 .44 91,r=0 .9999。结论 :鬼臼毒素凝胶剂的制备工艺简单 ,质量控制方法可行。
Objective:To investigate the technological process and the method of quality control of the podophyllotoxin gelatum. Method:The first order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of podophyllotoxin. Results:During 42.12-112.32 μg·mL 1 , the podophyllotoxin's concentration in the prescription is in direct proportion to the amplitude of the first order derivative spectrophotometry at 249 nm. C =548.811 4 D -2.449 1, r =0.999 9. Conclusion:The technological process of podophyllotoxin gelatum is simple, the method of quality control is easy.
