摘要
目的 检测一氧化氮 (NO)、过氧化脂质 (LPO)及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)在急性一氧化碳(CO)中毒急性期血浆中的变化与病情的关系 ,探讨其临床意义。方法 88例CO中毒患者根据临床症状分为轻型 (A组 )、中型 (B组 )和重型(C组 ) 3组 ,分别在入院后第 1、3、7及第 1 4天检测血浆NO、LPO和SOD的变化 ,并行健康对照。结果 急性CO中毒患者血浆NO、LPO明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,SOD明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;3组中毒患者在入院后第 1、3天NO、LPO均明显升高 ,SOD均明显降低 ,C组与A组比较 ,C组NO、LPO明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,SOD明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;入院后第 7天及第 1 4天C组NO、LPO仍明显高于A组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,SOD仍明显低于A组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CO中毒患者血浆NO、LPO明显升高 ,SOD明显降低 ;重症患者NO、LPO升高及SOD降低更为明显 ,持续时间更长 。
Objective To detect the connection between st ate of an illness and the change of nitricoxide(NO)、lipid peroxide(LPO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in acute stage of acute carboxyhemoglobinemia in blo od plasma,and discuss clinic significance.Methods 88 patients b eingin carboxyhemoglobinemia were divided into mildtype(Group A)、mesotype(Gr oup B)and servetype(Group C)based on their clinic symptoms,partly being detec ted the change of NO、LPO andSOD on the first、third、seventh and fourteenth day s after being in hospital,and in the same time They were given health comparison .Results NO and LPO in blood plasma of the patients of being in carboxyhemoglob inemia were much higher than Control group(P<0.01),SOD was mu ch lower(P<0.01 ).NO and LPO of the patients in three groups increased obviously on the first a nd third days after the patients' being in hospitai,and SOD decreased evidently. To compare group C with group A,NO and LPO in group C was much higher than them in group A(P<0.05),and SOD wasmuch lower(P <0.01).On the seventh day and the fourteenth after being in hospital the patients ingroup C were detected that th eir NO and LPO were still higher than that in group A(P<0.05) ,andSOD was lower yet(P<0.05).Conclusion NO and LPO of the p atients of being in carboxyhemog lobinemia increase obviously and SOD decrease evidently.NO and LPO of the severe patients increase much higher than general patients,SOD decrease much lower,t heir standing time is longer,and their prognosis is worse.
