产科领域的胰岛素抵抗 被引量：8

摘要 胰岛素抵抗 (insulinresistance ,IR)是人类疾病中普遍存在的一种现象。妇产科尤其是产科研究领域中许多病理生理状态都与IR有关 ,正常妊娠本身即为一种IR状态。IR参与了妊高征及妊娠糖尿病的发生与发展 ,子宫内环境和遗传因素的交互作用共同促进了与胎儿生长受限相关的IR的发展 ,低出生体重与成年后胰岛素抵抗综合征易患性有关等观点 。
