摘要
目的 :探讨腮裂瘘管及囊肿的临床特点及诊治方法。方法 :回顾分析 1986年 6月至 2 0 0 0年 6月收治的 36例患者的临床资料。结果 :经治疗后随访 1a～ 6a ,36例均未见复发。结论 :手术切除瘘管及囊肿的上皮组织是治疗腮裂瘘管及囊肿的有效方法 。
Objective: To study the clinical features and the diagnosis and treatment of branchial fistula and cyst.Methods: Review and analysis was made of the data of 36 patients admitted from June 1986 to June 2000.Results: The 1 to 6 years of follow-up was made and no recurrence found.Conclusion: Surgical excision is effective for branchial fistula and cyst,but important peripheral tissues shouldn't be injured in performing the operation.
