血清TGF-α、sICAM-1在良恶性肝脏肿瘤鉴别中的价值

Value of Serum TGF-α and sICAM-1 in Differentiating Benign and Malignant Hepatic Tumors

目的 探讨肝脏肿瘤患者血清 TGF- α、s ICAM- 1检测的临床意义。方法 采用免疫放射法和 EL ISA法分别检测 6 4例肝癌、4 2例良性肝肿瘤和 2 0例正常对照者血清 TGF-α及 s ICAM- 1的水平。结果 肝癌组血清 TGF-α、s ICAM- 1的水平均明显高于良性组及对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,良性组与对照组相比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。血清 TGF-α、s ICAM- 1对肝癌诊断的灵敏度分别为 82 .8%、84 .3% ,优于 AFP,三者联合检测灵敏度和特异性可达 96 .8%和10 0 %。结论 血清 TGF- α、s ICAM- 1可作为肝癌的诊断指标 ,与 AFP联合检测对肝肿瘤的鉴别诊断具有重要临床意义。

Objective To study the clinical significance of determining serum TGF α and sICAM 1 in hepatic tumors.Methods The serum levels of TGFα and sICAM 1 in 64 cases of hepatic carcinoma,42 cases of benign hepatic tumors and 20 normal controls were measured by Radioimmunoassay and ELISA respectively.Result The serum levels of TGF α and sICAM 1 in hepatic carcinoma group were higher than those in benign and control groups(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference between the benign and control groups(P>0.05).The sensitivities of detecting serum TGF α and sICAM 1 in diagnosing hepatic carcinoma were 82.8% and 84.3% respectively, and higher than those of AFP. The sensitivity and specificity of combined assay were 96.8% and 100% respectively.Conclusion The serum TGF α and sICAM 1 might be valuable indexes in hepatic carcinoma diagnosis, and combined detection with AFP should have important clinical value for differentiating benign and malignant hepatic tumors.
