双吻合器在完全腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术应用效果研究

Application analysis of double stapling device in totally laparoscopic radical distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer

目的探究双吻合器在完全腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术的疗效及可行性。方法回顾性分析2016年10月～2018年7月于潍坊市人民医院普外科因胃癌行双吻合器在完全腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术患者36例为研究组,同期因相同病因行切割闭合器的患者36例为对照组,对比研究组与对照组在术中、术后并发症的情况。结果研究组术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间均小于对照组,吻合口狭窄发生率低于对照组,研究组吻合口出血、吻合口瘘发生率与对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论双吻合器在完全腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术中具有创伤小、术后恢复快、住院时间短、术后并发症少等优势,安全、有效、可行,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy and feasibility of double stapling device in laparoscopic radical distal gastrectomy.Methods A retrospective analysis was made between October 2016 and July 2018 in the general surgery department of Weifang People’s Hospital for gastric cancer with double staplers in total laparoscopic radical resection of distal gastric cancer in 36 patients as the study group,and 36 patients with the same etiology in the same period as the control group.The incidence of symptoms.Results The amount of bleeding,operation time and poostoperative hospitalization time in the study group were less than those in the control group.The incidence of anastomotic stenosis lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of anastomotic bleeding and anastomotic leakage between the study group and the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The double stapler is safe,effective and feasible in total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer,which has the advantages of less trauma,faster recovery,shorter hospital stay and fewer postoperative complications.
