Application of DWI and SWI combined with conventional MRI sequences in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

摘要 目的探讨磁共振常规序列+扩散加权成像(DWI)+磁敏感加权成像(SWI)联合应用在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析临床诊断为HIE的患儿67例,磁共振常规序列+DWI+SWI分别与磁共振常规序列、磁共振常规序列+DWI、磁共振常规序列+SWI对照,以发现病灶总例数、缺氧性脑损伤病灶例数、出血性病灶例数为对比项目。结果磁共振常规序列+DWI+SWI联合应用发现病灶总例数均较其他3组多,发现缺氧性脑损伤病灶例数较磁共振常规序列、磁共振常规序列+SWI多,发现的出血性病灶例数较磁共振常规序列、磁共振常规序列+DWI多,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论磁共振常规序列+DWI+SWI联合应用可以尽早、准确发现HIE患儿脑内病灶。 Objective A retrospective analysis was performed on 67 cases of children clinically diagnosed with HIE in our hospital.Routine MRI sequence+DWI+SWI was compared with routine MRI sequence,routine MRI sequence+DWI,and routine MRI sequence+SWI,respectively.The total number of cases of lesions,the number of cases of hypoxic brain injury,and the number of cases of hemorrhagic lesions were taken as comparison items.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 67 children who were to be diagnosed as HIE in our hospital.The routine MRI sequence+DWI+SWI was compared with the routine MRI sequence,the routine MRI sequence+DWI,and the routine MRI sequence+SWI,respectively.The total number of lesions,the number of hypoxic brain injury lesions,and the number of hemorrhagic lesions were compared.Results The combined application of conventional magnetic resonance sequence+DWI+susceptibility revealed that the total number of cases of lesions was more than that of the other three groups,and the number of cases of hypoxic brain injury was more than that of conventional magnetic resonance sequence and conventional magnetic resonance sequence+susceptibility,and the number of hemorrhagic lesions was more than that of conventional magnetic resonance sequence and conventional magnetic resonance sequence+DWI,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI routine sequence+DWI+SWI combined application can detect the lesions in the brain of children with HIE as early as possible and accurately.
