儿童喘息性支气管肺炎170例临床分析 被引量:5

Clinical analysis of 170 cases of asthmatic bronchial pneumonia

摘要 目的通过对喘息性支气管肺炎(喘肺)住院患儿的流行病学资料、病原体感染情况以及血细胞结果等资料的回顾性分析,了解不同年龄分期喘息性支气管肺炎患儿的临床特点,为喘息性支气管肺炎的预防、经验性用药以及进一步研究提供临床依据及研究思路。方法选取2016年10月1日~2017年10月1日山东大学附属济南市中心医院儿科170例喘肺住院患儿病例进行回顾性分析。采用SPSS19.0及Excel统计软件分析结果,P<0.05为有统计学意义。结果①肺炎支原体感染以学龄期为主(P<0.05);②嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数升高以青春期为主(P<0.05);③嗜碱性粒细胞(BASO)计数为0且1年之内喘肺发病次数≥3次者以幼儿期为主(P<0.05);④1年内发病≥3次者以幼儿期为主(P<0.05)。结论①学龄期喘肺患儿多有肺炎支原体感染;②处于青春期的喘肺患儿多有嗜酸性粒细胞升高,考虑发病与过敏性疾病有关;③幼儿期喘肺患儿1年内发病次数较多,且嗜碱性粒细胞为0常提示1年内喘肺发病次数增多。 Objective To understand the clinical characteristics of different age stages children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia,for the prevention of asthmatic bronchopneumonia,empirical medicine,as well as providing certain clinical basis for further research,by analyzing the results of epidemiological data,pathogen infection and blood cells of children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia in hospital retrospectively.Methods Analyzed the 170 cases of asthmatic bronchopneumonia hospitalized in the Jinan Central Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University,from October 1,2016 to October 1,2017.SPSS19.0 and Excel statistical software were used to analyze the results.Results①The patients of school period has the highest MP test positive rate(P<0.05).②The blood eosinophilic granulocyte increased obviously in the patients of puberty(P<0.05).③The phenomenon that basophilic granulocyte count is 0 as well as the asthmatic bronchial pneumonia occur 3 times in 1 year is obvious when it is 1 to 3 years old(P<0.05).④The phenomenon that the asthmatic bronchial pneumonia occur 3 times in 1 year is obvious when it is 1 to 3 years old(P<0.05).Conclusions①Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is common in school-age children with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia.②The blood eosinophilic granulocyte increased obviously in the patients of puberty,which maybe relate to allergic disease.③The incidence of asthmatic bronchial pneumonia in early childhood is higher.Also,the phenomenon that basophilic granulocyte count is 0 often indicates an increase of incidence rate within a year.
