摘要
利用参数的最佳线性无偏估计量及最佳线性不变估计量,估计出可靠度的近似置信下限。同时也讨论了可靠度的精确置信下限,并说明了精确置信下限优于近似置信下限。在一个特殊概率模型下,给出了一个数值例子,并对其精确置信下限与近似置信下限作出了评价。
The approximate lower confidence bound for the reliability of the component is obtained by using Best Linear Unbiased Estimate and Best Linear Invariant Estimate for parameters.The exact lower confidence bound for the reliability of the component is also discussed and the fact is explained that the exact lower confidence bound is better than the approximate lower confidence bound.Finally, a numerical example is given under a special probability model,and the evaluation for the approximate and exact lower confidence bounds is conducted.
