摘要
以均三甲苯为原料,用稀硝酸回流氧化为3,5-二甲基苯甲酸;再由二氯亚砜氯化之后与氨水在低温下反应制得3,5-二甲基苯甲酰胺,产品总收率38.3%,熔点131℃~133℃。给出了中间产物3,5-二甲基苯甲酸及3,5-二甲基苯甲酰胺的红外光谱数据。
3,5-Dimethylbenzamide was prepared by oxidizing mesitylene with dilute nitric acid, then chloridizing with SO2C12 and reacting with freezing ammonia. The overall yield was 38.3% and the melting point was 131 -133 jas. 3,5-Dimethylbenzamide and its intermediate 3,5-Dimethylbenzoic acid were characterized by IR spectra.
