超稠油水基降粘剂SHVR-01的研制

Study of Water-based Viscosity Reducer SHVR-01 for Super-heavy Oil

采用荧光法测定了辽河油田杜 84块杜 5 5 -5 3井超稠油乳化HLB值 (亲水 -亲油平衡值 )。以两性表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂为主剂 ,快速渗透剂为辅剂按一定比例制备了超稠油水基降粘剂SHVR -0 1。结果表明 ,该降粘剂具有良好的乳化降粘性能 (降粘率达 99%以上 ) ,同时易于破乳脱水 ,是一种较理想的超稠油水基降粘剂。

The super-heavy oil emulsification HLB value of Liaohe Oilfield Du 84th block Du 55-53 well was determined with fluorescence method. The water-based viscosity reducer SHVR-01 was prepared with amphoteric and non-ionic surfactants as main pharmaceutical,and permeate agent as auxiliary in certain proportion. Indoor experimental results showed that viscosity reducer SHVR-01 had good emulsification and viscosity reduction (viscosity reduction ratio above 99%),at the same time, demulsifying and dewatering were much easier. The viscosity reducer SHVR-01 is a kind of ideal super-heavy oil water-based viscosity reducer.
