摘要
采用气态环己烷、氧气为反应原料,V P Mo Ce K为催化剂,研究了环己烷的气 固催化部分氧化反应。考察了几种载体、助剂、反应温度、供氧量等因素对催化性能的影响。结果表明,V P Mo Ce K/TiO2催化剂在空速2000h-1、反应温度340℃、氧气流量为15ml/min的条件下,环己烷可高选择性地生成顺酐和醋酸。反应可能按游离基机理进行。
Using gasiform cyclohexane and oxygen as materials and VPMoCeK solid as catalyst,the partial oxidation of cyclohexane in gassolid catalytical system is studied. The effects of some factors such as supports, auxiliary ingredients, temperature, oxygen flux on catalytical activity are investigated. The research indicated that cyclohexane may be turned into maleic anhydride and acetic acid in high selectivity under the conditions of 2000 h-1 air speed and 340 ℃ and 15 ml/min oxygen flux. The reaction may be processed in freeradical mechanism.
