摘要
用苄基三乙基氯化铵作相转移催化剂,在常压下由苯胺和溴乙烷合成了N,N 二乙基苯胺,最佳工艺条件为:反应时间3h,反应温度45℃,催化剂用量1 00g,反应物摩尔比1∶1 75,氢氧化钠质量分数为0 35,氢氧化钠溶液用量35ml,产品产率70 4%。
Using benzyl triethylammonium chloride as phase transfer catalyst,N,Ndiethylaniline is synthesized by reaction of aniline with bromoethane under atmospheric pressure.The optimum parameters are:reaction 3 h at 55 ℃,amount of catalyst 1.00 g,molar ratio of aniline to bromoethane is 1∶1.75,the concentration of NaOH solution 35%,volume of NaOH solution 35 ml.The yield of the target product is 70.4%.
