丙烯氨氧化催化剂开车条件研究

摘要 研究了丙烯氨氧化制备丙烯腈反应过程中开车条件对催化剂特性的影响。丙烯氨氧化钼铋新催化剂开车时需进行"烧氨"以提高其活性、选择性及稳定性,但过长时间的烧氨操作反而会使催化剂达到稳定的时间延长;采用富氧空气烧氨,催化剂活性变化很小,但选择性下降明显。 The effect of starting operation conditions on the characters of the catalyst in the producing process of acrylonitrile through ammoxidation of propylene were studied. The results showed that before putting into producttion, the ''firing ammonia' operation was necessary for the new MoBi catalyst to improve its activity,selectivity and stability. But toolong time'firing ammonia'was unfavorable. Richoxygen air in'firing ammonia'operation was disadvantageous for product distribution. 
