摘要
研究了以3,4 二氨基 4′ 氟二苯酮和O 甲基异脲甲酸甲酯反应合成氟苯咪唑的工艺改进。采取分段升温 中间过滤法,提高了产品质量,与原工艺相比,总收率增加16个百分点,可达80.5%。实验证明,该工艺简单可靠,质量稳定,具有工业生产价值。
An improved process that the flubendazole was preparated by the reaction of (3,4diaminophenyl)(4fluorophenyl)methanone with NmethoxycarbonylOmethylisourea is studied, the reaction temperature is increased by two steps and filted the intermediate. The results showed that the quality and the yield of the product flubendazole was improved. Compared with original process,the total yield was raised from 63.5% to 80.5%.It is testified that the improved process is simple and reliable,the product quality is stable.This method is of commercial value.
