摘要
用正交实验优化了餐具洗涤剂的配方,对其去污力和泡沫性能进行了测定。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:原料比例LAS∶AES∶6501=12∶9∶1(质量比),在温度50℃混合1 5h。产品泡沫丰富,稳定性好,去污力强。
The formulation of dishwashing detergent is optimized by orthoganal experiments. The decontamination capability and foam property of the dishwashing detergent are determined. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows : mass ratio of principal materials is LAS∶AES∶6501=12∶9∶1, mixed at 50 ℃ for 1.5 h. The product had plentiful foam, good stability and strong decontamination capability.
