敏捷制造质量保证系统的研究

Quality Assurance System for Agile Manufacturing

敏捷制造的核心是高质量、低成本、快速开发新产品以适应市场的快速变化和满足用户的需求。笔者研究了敏捷制造环境下企业组织形式、产品设计制造流程对质量保证技术的新的要求 ,提出了敏捷制造模式下的质量保证系统应具有的功能模块和体系结构 ,进行了有关实现技术的研究 。

Agile Manufacturing (AM) is an advanced manufacturing model whose core is high q uality, low cost and fast designing new products to fit the fast change of marke t and customer requirements. This paper analyses the structure of enterprise and pro duct designing and manufacturing flow in AM environment, puts forward the new re quirement of QA technology. Surrounding the functionality, architecture and key technology, a QA prototype system is developed to meet the AM requirement.
