摘要
目的 研究观察大鼠盆神经节内支配膀胱的神经元的化学性质。方法 用辣根过氧化物酶逆行追踪与免疫组织化学、NADPH d酶组织化学方法结合法。结果 在大鼠神经节内支配膀胱的神经元中存在ChAT免疫阳性神经元、NOS阳性神经元以及ChAT与NOS双标记细胞。结论 结果表明膀胱功能的调节是复杂的、多因素的 。
Objective To explore the neurons projecting to the urinary bladder from the pelvic ganglia in rats.Methods Using HRP retrograde tracing method combined with immunochemical ABC method and NADPH d histochemical method.Result The double labeled cells containing HRP postive granules with ChAT immunoreactivity or NOS postive reactivity and the double labaled cells containing ChAT with NOS were found in the pelvic ganglia.Conclusion The results suggest that the regulation of the urinary bladder function was of multiple factors and complex.Ach and NO plays an important role in the regulation of the urinary bladder function.
