目的 观察大鼠心内神经节白介素 6(IL 6)阳性神经元的存在。方法 取 10只Winter大鼠心房后壁恒冷箱切片 ,用免疫组织化学方法观察白介素 6阳性神经元。结果 雌雄大鼠心房后壁心内神经节存在IL 6免疫阳性神经元 ,散在分布于心内神经节 ,细胞多为圆形或卵圆形 ,以小及中型为主。结论 IL

Objective To study the existence of interleukin 6(IL 6)positive neurons in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of rats. Method Interleukin 6 positive neurons in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of Wister rats were stained by immunohistochemical method. Results Interleukin 6 like immunoreactive positive neurons were present in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of the posterior wall of atria.The nemons were mainly oval or round in shaps,small and middle in size and distributed scatteredly in the ganglia.Conclusion The find of IL 6 positive neurons in the posterior wall of atria provides morphologic evidence for the existing of neuro immune network in the heart.
