经颞下窝入路行三叉神经节和眼-上颌神经显微手术及其应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 建立经大鼠颅外进路行三叉神经节和眼 上颌神经显微手术的手术方法。方法 在研究大鼠三叉神经节对松果体的支配中 ,采用经颞下窝入路显露双侧三叉神经节和眼 上颌神经 ,向三叉神经节引入神经追踪剂行追踪研究 ,并行双侧眼 上颌神经切断术行退变研究。结果 向三叉神经节引入神经追踪剂的手术约需 1~ 2h ,双侧眼 上颌神经切断术约需2~ 3h。即使在眼 上颌神经完全切断的动物 ,其进食能力不受明显的影响。结论 该手术较以往采用的从颅顶去除一块颅骨和一部分脑组织的进路 ,对动物的损伤小 ,使得动物的死亡率下降 。 Objective To establish an extracranial surgical approach to expose the trigeminal ganglion and ophthalmic maxillary nerve in rat.Methos In the studies of investigating the innervation of the pineal gland by trigeminal ganglion in rat,we used infratemporal fossa approach for exposing the trigeminal ganglion and ophthalmic maxillary nerve bilaterally.Nerve tracers were injected into the ganglion for nerve tracing study and bilateral ophthalmic maxillary nerve were cut for degeneration study.Result With this infratemporal fossa approach,the length of time for tracer application into the ganglia was about 1 to 2 hours,while for bilateral ophthalmic maxillary nerve dissection,it was aproximately 2 to 3 hours.Even in the animals with total bilateral nerve dissection,their chewing function was preserved.Conclusion Compared with the traditional vertex approach,in which a portion of cranial bone and brain were removed,this technique leads to diminished modality and mortality of the animal,and slighter spreading of the tracer to surrounding structures.
