摘要
目的 探讨修复面神经缺损的新方法。方法 2 2只成年大耳白兔随机分为自体变性骨骼肌组 ,采用自体变性骨骼肌修复兔面神经上颊支 8mm缺损 ,自体神经移植修复组和对照组。并进行电生理、形态学观察和图像分析。结果 术后 2 0周自体变性骨骼肌组面神经缺损获修复 ,其再生神经的形态和电传导功能与自体神经移植组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,与正常对照组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。
Objective To investigate this new method for the facial nerve regeneration after the nerve defects.Methods The 8 mm transectional gap of the bucal branches of the facial nerve was repaired through autologous degenerated skeletal muscle.Reuslts After 20 weeks following the implantation of the autologous degenerated skeletal muscle,all the nerve defects of the experimented animals were repaired finely.In the electrophysiologic indices and morphometeric analysis,the differences between the degenerated skeletal muscle autografts group and the nerve autografts group had no statistical significance(P>0 05),and it had statistical significance between autografts groups and normal control group(0 01<P<0 05).Conclusion The results suggest that the degenerated skeletal muscle could guide facial nerve regenerating effectively.
