电化学治疗对荷肝癌大鼠细胞因子表达水平的影响

Influence on Cytokines Expression Level of Rats with Implanted Liver Tumorafter Electrochemotherapy

目的 了解电化学治疗对大鼠种植型肝癌外周血细胞因子表达水平的影响。方法 应用免疫试剂盒检测荷瘤大鼠电化学治疗前后外周血IL 2、sIL 2R、IL 6、TNF α表达水平的变化 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 荷瘤大鼠电化学治疗前IL 2水平呈低表达 ,sIL 2R、IL 6、TNF α则高表达 ,与正常大鼠比较差异显著。电化学治疗后 ,与同期荷瘤大鼠对照组比较 ,IL 2表达水平升高 ,sIL 2R、IL 6、TNF α表达水平下降。结论 肿瘤负荷可导致大鼠细胞因子表达紊乱 ,电化学治疗可改善和纠正机体免疫紊乱 ,增强大鼠免疫力。

Objective To study the influences on serum cytokines expression level in rats with implanted liver tumor after electrochemotherapy (EChT). Methods Serum cytokines expression level,including IL 2,sIL 2R,IL 6,TNF α,were measured using immune kits before and after EChT.The data were compared with those of the control group. Results IL 2 level in rats with liver tumor were lower than those of normal rats,but sIL 2R,IL 6,TNF α were higher than those of normal control group.After EChT,IL 2 level in rats with liver tumor increased significantly ( P <0.05),however,expression of serum sIL 2R,IL 6,TNF α level decreased obviously compared with those of tumor control group.Conclusion Liver tumor could induce abnormal expression of serum cytokines.EChT could improve and correct the abnormal status of the host immunity,and enhance rats immunity against tumor.
