摘要
目的 探讨星形母细胞瘤的CT、MRI表现特征。方法 对 13例经组织病理学证实的星形母细胞瘤的CT、MRI资料进行回顾性分析。结果 13例星形母细胞瘤中 ,5例起于右侧额叶 ,3例起于左侧额叶 ,2例起于左侧额顶叶区 ,2例起于右侧脑室三角区旁。 1例位于右侧颞叶。CT平扫肿瘤呈较大的表浅肿块 ,肿瘤密度高于正常脑实质 ,内可见小斑点状或团块状钙化。MRI扫描肿块于T1和T2加权成像与正常脑实质呈等信号 ,肿瘤内见有小的囊变或坏死区 ,肿瘤周围无明显水肿 ;增强后肿块呈非均匀性明显强化。结论 星形母细胞瘤多起源于脑的表浅部位 ,肿瘤内常发生钙化和存在坏死区 ,瘤周水肿轻是其表现特征。
Objective To explore CT and MRI characteristics of cerebral astroblastomas in children. Methods CT and MRI data of thirteen patients with histopathologically proven cerebral astroblastomas were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 13 patients with cerebral astroblastomas,neoplasems originated from the right frontal lobes (5),the left frontal lobes (3),the left fronto parietal regions (2),the right trigone areas of the lateral ventricle (2),and the right temporal lobe (1).All cerebral astroblastomas appeared as large superficial solid masses without peritumoral edema.The density of tumors were slightly higher than the normal brain parenchyma on CT scans.Punctate or massive calcifications were present in all tumors.All tumors were almost isointensities to the normal brain parenchyma seen on MR T1 and T2 weighted imagings without peritumoral edema,and small cystic or necrotic foci were seen within the tumors on T2 weighted imagings.All tumors had heterogeneous enhancement after administration of contrast medium. Conclusion Astroblastoma often originated from the superficial areas of the brain.Calcification,high density on CT and isointensity on MR imagings are characteristics of astroblastomas.
