四君子合剂加双歧杆菌胶囊治疗小儿迁延性及慢性腹泻

Sijunzi mixture plus Bifidobacteria capsule in treating children persistent and chronic diarrheal disease

目的 :探讨四君子合剂加双歧杆菌胶囊治疗小儿迁延性及慢性腹泻的效果。方法 :对 68例迁延及慢性腹泻病儿随机分成观察组 3 6例 ,男性 2 4例 ,女性 1 2例 ,年龄 (1 .2±s 0 .8)a;对照组 3 2例 ,男性 2 2例 ,女性 1 0例 ,年龄 (1 .3± 0 .7)a。 2组均常规予纠正水电解质和酸碱平衡失调 ,补充多种维生素及对症支持治疗。但观察组同时服四君子合剂加双歧杆菌胶囊。疗程均为 5d,比较 2组疗效。结果 :观察组总有效率为 64% ,对照组为 3 8% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,观察组平均止泻日数为 (3 .3± 0 .6)d,短于对照组 (3 .8±0 .5 )d (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :在对症、支持治疗的基础上 。

AIM: To explore the effect of Sijunzi mixture plus Bifidobacteria capsule in treating children's persistent and chronic diarrheal disease. METHODS: Sixty\|eight child patients with persistent and chronic diarrheal disease were radomly divided into observational group and control group. Thirty\|six patients (M 24,F 12; age (1.2± s 0.8) a) in observational group and thirty two patients (M 22,F 10; age (1.3± s 0.7) a) in control group were treated by conventional program, such as correcting disturbance of liquid, electrolyte and acid\|base balance, complement with multiple vitamines and supporting treatment, etc. Moreover Sijunzi mixture plus Bifidobacteria capsule was administrated oraly in the observational group. The course of treatment was 5 d in each group. The effect of treatment was compared between the observational group and the control group. RESULTS: The total effective rates were 64 % and 38 % in observatioinal and control groups, respectively ( P <0.05). The mean days of diarrhea to be cured were (3.3±0.6) d and (3.8±0.5) d in observational and control groups, respectively ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: On the basis of heteropathy and support Sijunzi mixture plus Bifidobacteria capsule has better effect in treating children's persistent and chronic diarrheal disease.
