摘要
在传统生产工艺方法的基础上,利用于融法合成了四磺酸酞菁钴(CoPc)。比较详细地探讨了反应原料配比、反应温度、升温速率等条件对合成产物的影响,同时对产物的精制方法进行了改进。结果表明:利用该生产工艺方法合成四磺酸酞菁钴,收率可达90%~92%,生产时间大大缩短,并可降低劳动强度。
On the tradition method of production technology, cobalt phthalocyanine was synthesized by dry melt method and the influence for synthetic outcome on the condition of reaction material ratio, reaction temperature, heating rate were studied. Meanwhile the refined method of outcome was improved. Experiment showed that the yield reached to 90 % - 92 % and production time was shorter,and labor intensity was reduced.
