摘要
以间溴苯腈与氰亚化铜为原料,使用相转移催化剂,采用DMF为溶剂制备间氟苯腈。工艺条件为:n(间溴苯腈):n(氰亚化铜)=1:1.3;反应温度:150～165℃;反应时间:8h。产品产率:75.3％;纯度≥99.7％。
3 - Flurobenzonitrile was prepared from 3 - Bromobenzonitrile and Coprous Cyanide in DMF solvent using phase transfer catalyst.The operation conditions were n(3 - Bromobenzonitile) : ra(Coprous Cyanide) = 1:1.3 and reaction temperature was 150℃ - 165℃ and the reaction time was 8 h.The yield was 75.3% ,the fineness was≥99.7% .
