摘要
研究了以丙烯酸、二氯亚矾、双季戊四醇为原料合成双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯的方法,考察了反应温度、反应时间、酸醇物质的量比等因素的影响,获得的最佳反应条件是:反应温度40℃,反应时间3h,酸醇物质的量比6.8:1,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯收率达79.6%。
A process for preparation of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate from arylic acid, thionyl chlorid and dipentaerythitol was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, time and ratio of acid to alcohol were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature 40℃, time 3h, ratio of acid to alcohol 6. 8 : 1. The yield of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate reached to79.6 % .
