Mao Ze-dong is the greatest reformer in Chinese history.In his youth,he formed the idea of'reforming China and the world'.The idea means adhering to the integration of socialism with internationalism,patriotism with internationalism,long-term goals with short-term ones,and carrying out a grand and profound social revolution and transformation under the guidance of Marxism and under the leadership of the CPC.This idea has been constantly maturing in the practice of the new-democratic revolution,socialist revolution and transformation,and socialist construction,and laid a solid foundation for the reform and opening up as a new great revolution.Although the historical conditions have undergone dramatic changes,this idea still has important implications for comprehensively deepening the reform in the new era.We should adhere to the reform that boasts of doctrine,leadership,bottom line and compassion.
