中华人民共和国成立70年,不仅对每个中国人来说都非常值得回味,而且对世界来说也具有十分重要的意义'。能动的革命的反映论'是中国社会主义革命和中国特色社会主义能够取得成功的奥秘所在。依靠能动的实践的探索和对国际国内正反经验教训的科学总结,我们找到了社会主义市场经济的新路,一方面运用市场机制充分调动各个生产要素的积极性,另一方面又清醒地认识到市场机制的负面效应,趋利避害,发挥了代表人民利益的党和国家主体的主观能动性,新发展理念就鲜明地体现了这种发挥和引领。中国特色社会主义必须以伟大的理想将亿万群众凝聚起来,必须化理论为德性,化理论为方法,化理论为制度。同时还要以民主集中制原则将广大民众组织起来,既尊重个体,又确保令行禁止。进一步扩大改革开放是必由之路,同时我们应务必保持谦虚、谨慎、不骄、不躁的作风,务必保持独立自主、自力更生、艰苦奋斗的精神。

The past seventy years of the PRC is not only very memorable to every Chinese,but also of great significance to the world.An active and revolutionary theory of reflection is the secret of the success of the China’socialist revolution and socialism with Chinese characteristics.Relying on the active and practical exploration and the scientific summary of positive and negative experience and lessons at home and abroad,we have found a new way of socialist market economy.On the one hand,we have fully mobilized the enthusiasm of various production factors by using market mechanism;on the other hand,we have clearly realized the negative effects of market mechanism,and have been able to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages,thus giving full play to the subjective initiative of the party and the main body of the state which represent the interests of the people.The new concept of development clearly reflects the maximization and leadership.Socialism with Chinese characteristics must unite hundreds of millions of people with great ideals,and turn theory into virtue,method and system.At the same time,we should organize the broad masses of the people on the principle of democratic centralism,respecting the individual and ensuring orders and prohibitions are enforced.Further expansion of reform and opening-up is the only way.Meanwhile,we must maintain a modest,cautious,humble and patient style,and stick to the spirit of independence,self-reliance and hard struggle.
