摘要 长沙市第八水厂净水工艺采用折板絮凝反应、平流沉淀和气水反冲滤池,并对絮凝池和沉淀池出水进行了收集、贮存、调节、浓缩、离心机脱水处理。全厂采用了DCS自动监控系统。输配水管网采用了球墨铸铁管和钢管。运行两年多来出水完全符合《城市给水工程规划规范》GB50282-98附录A中规定的生活饮用水一级标准和《生活饮用水水质卫生规范》(2001)要求。 The water cleaning process in Changsha No.8 Water Plant uses flap flocculation reaction,advection sedimentation and air water backflush filter tank,and the outlet water from the flocculation tank and sedimentation tank is collected,stored,adjusted,thickened and dewatered through a centrifuge.DCS automatic monitoring and controlling system is used for the whole plant.Graphite cast iron pipes and steel pipes are used for the water supply and distribution pipe network.In the past more than two years since the process was put into operation,the quality of the effluent water has been completely conforming to the standard for first grade domestic drinking water specified in Appendix A to Code for Planning of Municipal Water Supply Works (GB50282 98) and meeting the requirements of Hygienic Specification for Quality of Domestic Drinking Water (2001).
