摘要
提出了一种基于数字射线成像(DR)的焊缝图像的处理方法。依据射线衰减的指数规律和体现缺陷特征的处理原理,建立了提取、放大焊缝中缺陷信息的数学模型,在这些数学模型的指导下改进获取的焊缝图像,便可清晰准确地辨别出缺陷,达到检测目的。
This paper briefly presents a method of inspecting the welding line o n the base of the digital radiography. If we got the characteristics and amplifi ed them according to the mathematical models in this paper, we can inspect the w elding line accurately. Those models was impressed being based on the rules of X-ray-penetration and image-processing.
